This session will start with an open dialogue where we can actively learn from each other, understand the challenges, and gather questions. It will follow with an intense design thinking workshop that will further help us to understand our clients and prototype actively the most innovative solutions.

2017 is the United Nations Year of Sustainable Travel. Our team along with our partners have detected the major trends in the responsible travel world, and will be fresh back from the World Travel Market (London) where Authenticitys was longlisted to win the most innovative World responsible Travel Award. This session will start with the facts and figures, but will quickly move into an active workshop on how are we measuring impact?
Authenticitys has built a partnership with GenerationWhyNot and has been working actively to come up with how we measure our experiences, what customers care about, and how we can best communicate it. We will use our collective intelligence to find what works for us, and to set ourselves as leaders in this space.
